The Ring machine (RA) is used to insert the rings of brazing material at the ends of the bends at 180° in order to use them for processes of automated brazing. The ring machine operates pneumatically but it may be integrated with a hydraulic device that is used to taper the ends of such bends. The ring machine is a simple machine, totally automatic, very fast. The manufacturing capacity is about 70 pieces/minute.Through suitable adjustments it is possible to vary the distance of insertion of rings by +/- 0.079in/2mm, remaining fixed the diameter of the original tube. This feature allows to use bends with a different bending radius, provided that it occurs within the limits of admitted tolerance.

Operating mode
The bends and the soldering rings are placed in two independent feeders and by vibration are conveyed in an assembling tool, where the rings are inserted in the bend legs. On demand we can supply an hydraulic tool suitable to resize the legs of the bends to a fix measure.
