CMS designs and manufactures Brazing Machines (BR) dedicated to automatic brazing of the return-bends of coils with max. height of 5.25ft/1600 mm. They are composed by a motorized conveyor belt on which the coils are put-on, together with a brazing section with burners by vertical flame under which the coils to be brazed are transported, together with a suction hood that may receive a channel for exhaust smokes evacuation. The brazing machines may operate  with gaseous fuel, like LPG, methane, propane, etc.

Coils characteristics:

• Min. / Max coil height: 11.8in/300mm to 5.25ft/1600 mm

Coil conveyor:

• Chain with support plates in stainless steel
• Manual adjustment of conveyor speed by trimmer for correct working pace (AC motor).
• Conveyor length: 29.5ft/9m (39.4ft/12m on demand)
• Conveyor width: 7.5in/190 mm
• Coils loading height: 19.6in/500 mm
• Max weight per meter of conveyor: 220lb/100 kg
• Max conveyor speed: 6.5ft/min. (2 m/min.)

Coil supports:

• Tubular rails with water cooling system
• Vertical adjustment of Coils supports: Powered Vertical adjustment according coil height (AC motor)
• Transverse adjustment of Coils supports Operator side: powered adjustment (AC motor).
• Transverse adjustment of Coils supports opposite side: not adjustable
• Max transverse adjustment of coils supports: 7.9in/200 mm total

Burners:

• Burners in stainless steel AISI304
• 8 rows for a total of 40 flames in the vertical plane
• Powered adjustable position in the vertical plane
• Variation of the number of flames by manual selectors
• Consumption: GPL 200 G/h at 0,5/1 ATM each burner
