Besides the machines previously described, CMS manufactures other special machines as:

• end forming machine (EFM) for tubes with diameter up to 0.787in/20 mm, rotating table and with various available shapes

• edge bending machine (MFC) for wall rings of axial fans. It performs flow nozzles from 10in/250mm to 35.4in/900mm and edging height from 1.6in/40mm to 4in/100mm on sheets in galvanized steel or aluminum

• hairpin bender machine for shell and tubes (HBF) for the execution of single hairpins with max length of 13.1ft/4000mm and with a max. distance between centers of 23.6in/600mm. Even being manual, the pulleys replacement for the execution of the various hairpin diameters becomes very simple and fast. The remaining functionalities and the programming criteria are the same as for the hairpin bender machines HB

• expander for u-shaped shell and tubes (MFT) with 2 Loctite distributors. It allows to expand in push the tubes of an u-shaped hairpin shell and tube in correspondence of the tube plate. The expansion of the hairpin arms in the tubes plate is simultaneous and it is made by adding Loctite. The maximum length of the shells and tubes is 13.1ft/4000mm and the maximum diameter of the tube plate is 29.5in/750mm.
