The Straightening and cutting (T) has been designed for the processing of coiled tubes in copper and its alloys, aluminum, steel or stainless steel and it operates by numerical computer system that controls all the functions of the machine,. It performs calibration, straightening and customized length cutting. Special attention has been made for the reduction in the set-up time to change the diameter of the tube in use; in fact the various groups are quickly replaced with a minimum use of tools. The NC straightening and cutting machines model T are available in versions with 1 (T1), 2 (T2) or 3 (T3) tracks and are dedicated to the straightening, calibration and cutting of tubes with maximum diameter of 22 mm. In Models T2 and T3 each working line is completely independent from the others and it is then possible to produce simultaneously tubes of a different diameter and/or length.
