Ball Expander
|
The ball expander (MHO) is a very flexible machine offering a fast and cheap solution for the expansion of limited lots of medium and big coils. The machine may be used to expand both tubes and hairpins using a forced ball inside the tube from a liquid (water or oil) under pressure. The standard version is available with a pressure of about 220 bars (BP), while for the hardest tubes or those with larger thicknesses the operating pressure rises up to 400 bars (AP).

Decantation tanks
The system by three decantation tanks allows the cleanse of oil or water. The group is equipped with a pump for the return of the cleansed liquid to the expander.
Expansion bench (upon request)
It is available upon request in two versions:
- fixing
- tilting, through hydraulic cylinder
The tilting bench is recommended to make easier the draining of the liquid when expanding finned coils with hairpins. |
